In a thrilling battle against the malevolent sibling demons Gyutaro and Daki, who hold the rank of Upper Six among the Twelve Kizuki, our valiant heroes Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Inosuke Hashibira join forces with the Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui.
The Demon Slayers come to the realization that the only way to defeat these demonic siblings is to execute a coordinated strike and decapitate them simultaneously. As they manage to sever Daki’s head, Tengen suffers grave injuries from Gyutaro, who subsequently poisons Inosuke with a sneak attack from behind.
Just in the nick of time, Zenitsu pushes Tanjiro to safety, away from Daki’s deadly obi sashes, as Gyutaro arrives to taunt Tanjiro about his inability to protect his comrades. Gyutaro tempts Tanjiro with the promise of demonic power, but Tanjiro resists, landing a surprise head-butt that secretly embeds a poisoned kunai into the demon.
Gyutaro’s movements are temporarily halted, and Tanjiro attempts to decapitate him. However, before Daki can interfere, Zenitsu and Inosuke, both pushing their limits, arrive to prevent her from intervening. Gyutaro quickly removes the kunai and regains his mobility, almost defeating Tanjiro, only to be stopped by a tenacious Tengen.
