The upcoming series will offer a fresh perspective into the athlete’s debatable lifestyle, including his unprecedented rise and eventual fall from grace. The initial episodes will revolve around a young Tyson being pursued by bullies and terrorized by self-doubt. 

However, without any other options, he seeks comfort from boxing coach Cus D’Amato, wonderfully portrayed by Quentin Tarantino’s favorite actor, Harvey Keitel. After Tyson is taken under D’Amato’s wing, he transforms into a vicious weapon before being released on several unprepared opponents. 

It is important to note that Mike will not downplay the boxer’s struggles with scandals and controversies. The series will also explore his addiction difficulties and the rape conviction that resulted in a brief stint in prison.
