Marvel’s new sequel Thor: Love and Thunder opened for $29 million from its North American box office previews and generated an overseas revenue of $48.6 million from the first 42 markets.

This movie is the 4th appearance of the Thor series and the 29th entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe Empire.

Love and Thunder is a resume to Thor Ragnarok, both directed by Taika David Waititi/Cohen. The story narrates Thor’s journey to get peace and the challenges he faces in between caused by Gorr the God Butcher.

The movie includes former actors Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman with other cast members Tessa Thompson, Jaimie Alexander, Russel Crowe, David Waititi, and a newbie, Christian Bale.

Thor: Love and Thunder intend to make 3rd or 2nd big premier of the covid era by earning $150 million+ domestically and $302 million globally, in contrast to which Spiderman: No way home successfully made 935million domestically and 1.89 billion globally and Doctor strange: Multiverse of Madness) crossed $400 million domestically and $800 million globally.
